We currently only deliver to the 48 continental states.

For Florida, orders are delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Outside of Florida, orders are delivered Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to the states in orange on the map below. All states in blue are delivered Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only.

If you are local in South Florida and would like to pick up your order, please specify when placing your order. When checking out online simply select Local Pickup from the state selection drop-down menu.

Orders which contain fresh fish products and are shipped outside of Florida, are cut fresh to order and frozen during transit.

Please note that the cost of delivery to the states in blue is $69.00 for the first 20 lbs. Each additional 10 lbs. will be billed at $10.

Tracking Your Order

How soon can you get your seafood after you order it? Well, if you order your fish before 9:30am EDT, we will ship it out the SAME day. After that, your order will be shipped out the next day. So order first thing in the morning and eat it for dinner the next day! UPS guarantees your next day service and no signature is required. If you can’t answer your door when they deliver it, don’t worry because they will leave it on your doorstep. But you should be there to refrigerate it right away to maintain it’s quality of freshness. Track your order online to know when it’s getting there.

We also recommend signing up with UPS MyChoice which will make this process even easier.
 

Order Arrival Days

Orders are delivered Wednesday-Saturday. Orders usually arrive by 3 PM; some delays occur and some packages may arrive as late as 7 PM. There are some instances when your order is delivered but you are unaware of it. We encourage you to sign up for UPS My Choice to set up a text alert that will be sent to your mobile phone as soon as your order is delivered.

 

Packing and Shipping

Our products are shipped in a Styrofoam container with a cardboard outer box and are wrapped with gel packs and/or dry ice in bubble foil to maintain the products cold/frozen. We currently only deliver to the 48 continental states. We do not ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes. Packages are shipped with Shipper Release, which means that no signature will be required and packages will be left at the front door. It is your responsibility to refrigerate the products as soon as they are delivered. Clark Fish will not be responsible for packages that are not refrigerated or frozen immediately after delivery.

 

Holidays

We do not deliver on major holidays or up to two days following the holiday due to closures. Below are the holidays on which we do not deliver.

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

 

Inclement Weather

Sometimes packages will be delayed due to unexpected inclement weather. We will not be held responsible for inclement weather conditions, although we will do our best to prevent delays. Should severe weather threaten to cause a delay customers will be notified and alerted of the delay in their shipment. Packages will be shipped once UPS and FedEx have opened the affected area once again.

 

Address Corrections

It is the customers’ responsibility to provide us with their CORRECT shipping address. This includes: Name, Street, Suite or Apt #, City, State and Zip Code. We will not refund or reimburse those orders that were not delivered on time due to an incorrect address.
